Samsung SCX-4100 Scanner Problem

I bought an open box Samsung SCX-4100 from Newegg and ran into a problem. When I start it up, looks like the scanner jams and errors. The printer works fine, but the scanner's track seems to be off.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this without sending it back?
