Samsung Xpress M2675FW problem

Hello there,

I have the following problem with the Samsung Xpress M2675FW printer:

- 7 out or 10 print commands , send from MacBook pro with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.2 make the printer printing lot (more than 10) of pages with few characters on the top of the page - no link at all with the document to be printed.

I want to mention also that the toner cartridge is not original.

Please see attached a sample of a page.
