Hi there,
We've been trying to install a Sharp MX-2301n printer on one of our customer's MacBooks but have been having issues getting it to print.
The printer installs perfectly fine using IP and finds all of the settings required, even produces the printer queue when sending a test page. The printer wakes up and seems as if it's going to print... then goes back to sleep and nothing happens.
We've tried just about every combination possible with the tray settings (Including the correct settings) but just can't seem to get it to print.
Tried installing drivers from Sharp's website despite the fact that Apple recommend NOT doing this.
