Sharp MX-2600n - Paper in finisher not 'stacking in one pile'

Hello everyone,

I have a Sharp MX-2600N which need help with.

When printing or copying, the documents are not stacking in one pile.

They seem to be very unorganized (I am not talking one here and there).

Do anyone know how to solve this please?
