Shortage of KM Toner Cartridges

Our sales rep finally told us about the fire and explosion in Japan and that this is contributing to no toner cartridges being available for c301i and c658 printers.

Our technician said that an email went to employees and was supposed to go to customers. Has anyone received this email? What dates are given for availability for toners?

We are in desperate need of BLACK toner for our 5 c301i printers.
