Dear's, try it :
- You must have adjusment program for Epson L565 printer (search internet),
- Disable antivirus for a while,
- Klik 2x adjprog.exe,
- Klik particular adjusment mode,
- Klik Initial setting,
- Check,
- See : Product serial number or MAC Address (choose one),
- Enter the number,
- Klik perform,
- Follow instruction, turn off and then on again,
- Good luck

Where do l get printer mac address. I changed Epson L565 main board now it's saying printer mode
