I have an SP C342DN Ricoh (formerly UniNet?) and it is intended to be used for DTF printing for shirts. Is anyone familiar with this printer? I tried to print a test page and it said there was a paper jam, but I am wondering if there is a DTF module installed that is preventing copy paper from being used and causing it to register as a jam. I am working on this for a friend so I don't have all of the details, but I believe it was already setup for DTF printing and I'm not sure what that might mean. Could there be a DTF module installed that perhaps is a roll of film?
