SP213W installation in Windows 10

Hello, I have aquired a Ricoh SP213W printer and I have a Windows 10 64 bit laptop. Without an install disk for the Ricoh I have downloaded file R67003en which is supposedly for Win 10 and unzipped to a temp directory. Can't find instructions to install on Win 10. Can anyone help, or offer me a copy of the installation disk please.
I am not adept at manipulating the inner workings of Windows so instructions would please be an idiots guide.
