I use a Dell with Windows 7, everyone else in my office is able to print from their Macs to the Toshiba printer we have.
I have put in the IP address, installed the drivers, checked the status (it's ready) and pinged it, restarted the computer, uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, turned the printer off then on, and still nothing prints.
If I check the print log on the printer it will say it has received the job, but no matter how many pages I send it says "0 pages," but "1 set" on the log and nothing prints.
Any advice?
