We recently set up our new c224 printer in the office but we cannot make it print single sided.
It’s macOS Mojave system. Latest drivers were downloaded from Minolta site, installation was succesful with proper drivers, but the option ‘double sided’ printing is still greyed out not letting us to change it. Tried to find 'duplex printing' under options as it was suggested in internet, but fuction is not present here.
What’s strange, we have old drivers from our previous office printer, that worked with different c227 model, and when we change the printer to c227 in the print window to only see the option possibilities, ‘double sided’ is not greyed out.
What can we do to change these settings and be able to print one sided on c224 ?
