Unable to set print quality Mac OS

We have an Epson L3060 connected to a Windows 11 computer and a Macbook (OS 10.14.5). On the Windows machine, I can set the print quality to draft mode but on the Mac machine, there is no draft mode setting. Have looked everywhere that I can think off but can't find how to set print quality to draft on the Mac. I am unable to edit or create a preset with draft mode on the Mac. Any suggestions very much appreciated! Thank you!
