Vinyl printer cutter

Hi guys, looking for some advice for the best printer option to print full colour vinyl up to 500mm wide and cut multiple shapes, so laser cutter i guess? To make it even more challenging i am looking for something as compact as possible and obviously are conscious of cost per unit, but are looking for multiple units.
