My Epson XP-520 has performed faultlessly since new. It has stopped working because of error code e-11, meaning the ink pad is at the end of its service life. I have cleaned out and replaced the absorbent material. All I need now is the firmware procedure for resetting the ink pad counter.
Someone out there must know how to do this. Please help! I don't want to consign my faithful friend to the dump just because Epson say I should.
