WF4820 very slow to print on my home network

It seems to take a very long time for my WF4820 to start the print process after I select print. Printer is set as a wireless network printer. This problem started after I switched from a DSL modem/wireless router to a Xfinity device. Quite possible that I do not have something setup correctly.
