What is causing this printing defect? HP452 - Black lines/smudges down middle

I would appreciate any help. I have exhausted all HP help. I have an HP M452 printer. All prints have repeatable black lines/smudges running down the middle. I have inserted a print in this post showing the defect. Does anybody have an idea what is causing this and what is the fix? Thanks.
