Hi, i have a C62 Epson and its showing both cartridges as empty.
I have replaced the black only, but it still isn't printing.
I understand that the printer HAS to have BOTH cartridges full to print, however what is concerning me is that even though the black cartridge has been replaced with a new one, it still isn't recognising it as full in the settings and is still showing it as empty?
Is there a way i can force it to update and recognise/refresh the settings?
