white sheets without printing

good morning everyone, I am a new user, I hope you can help me. I have the Ricoh Aficio MP2000 where I did maintenance 2 years ago, changing the drum + cleaning blade and everything went well until a few months ago when dirty sheets came out. I decided to open it again and now I get white sheets, I changed the drum again but I always get white sheets, no printing. I also put the new toner. I also measured the temperature with a laser thermometer on the fuser and it says 105 degrees, could anyone of you give me some advice on where to put my hands?
