Won't print black except on "test print". Will print all colours. TS6051

Canon tS6051 will print all colours but not black from bk or pgbk. Test print prints the text in black fine. Text printing is black on all paper and Resolution settings. The driver for the test print must be different than for ordinary document or picture print.
Have filled cartridges and others nozzles using maintenance routine, hot water and ammonia.
