Won't print e-mail notification.

Hello, I received an e-mail notification with a code which would enable me to pick up a pre-paid item at a shop (Curry's in this case). However, when I tried to print out the e-mail with the necessary code on it, the printer just wouldn't print.
The printer is a Canon Pixma MG25505.
Anyone any ideas as to why it won't print ?
