Denis here from DB Printers, in Limerick, Ireland. I have a small printing company for the last 25 years. My Xerox 550 is giving me problems, even though I have had an Engineer here twice in the last 7-8 days or so.
Fault codes showing all the time are 045-360 and 045-363
He has replaced two boards in the machine, one of which was the main board the other day.
Machine was bought new and is now 3 years old.
Can anybody help regarding over riding these codes so as I can get work done.
The Fiery is a Creo Fiery and is separate from the Machine itself.
