How does one perform a toner motor test for a ducuprint cm215fw laser printer
Toner is not getting from the cartridge to the printer
The auger mechanism on the cartridge does function (checked manually)
I do not believe that it is being pumped in by the printer
Black prints are faded, colour is fine
No option on menu screen or in service menu to do toner motor test (TMT)
TMT has solved same issue in other FX printers
