I have 2 Xerox WorkCentre 3345 printers and both have a paper jam error in tray 1.
I'm copying and I don't even hear the sound of pulling the paper out of the tray, I open the tray and find it lifted, but no jammed paper. I changed the paper pick-up roller on the printer and the one on the tray.
I mention that I deformed one of the trays and gave it up.
The tray that I thought was ok, I tried it on both printers and in both situations I encounter the same error.
