Hi Together,
If I turn on the printer and after a few minutes on the display the following error appears: communications problem entcountered, reset system by turning power off, then on, using the white power switch.
Without any error code.
All buttons next to the display are locked / without any reaction, even the access button. I could't enter the admin-menue to change setup configuration.
What can I do to bring the maschine online and print again?
I have check:
- cables
- toner
- paper feeder
