I have two XP-5200 printers. One worse than the other and less than a year old. I replaced all cartridges with genuine Epson cartridges. It will then print 6-10 pages of black ink documents, then says it cannot print, the color cartridges are low. I know the 5200 uses a little of the color cartridge even for black printing which is odd to me. I have replaced the cartridges 3 times now and get the same results. The documents are not necessarily all full page either. One printer does this every fill. The other printer is hit and miss. Epson support has been the standard "make sure your printer is plugged in-" type. Anyone know anything about this?
