Can anyone suggest ideas to resolve this issue? I am unable to remove blue like background on color scan jobs. Black and White scan jobs have no issue. I have tried to remove background in the settings but it had no effect. I have reset scan settings, uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, updated the computer itself. I have tested another the machine on another computer and it has the same problem. I have included a sample scanned one page document and settings.
