I recently purchased a refurbished Dell 1355cnw through one of Best Buy's online partners. It has been working fine until a few days ago when I received the message "Printer error. 007-371".
I contacted Dell support, and I'm currently waiting for a transfer of ownership to go through (10-15 days) to find out if there is any warranty remaining, or at least what my warranty options are after the ownership transfer goes through.
The error suggests that I turn the printer off and back on again and contact support if the error reoccurs.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thank your for your help.
