I recently purchased a refurbished Dell 1355cnw through one of Best Buy's online partners. It has been working fine until a few days ago when I received the message "Printer error. 007-371". \r\n\r\nI contacted Dell support, and I'm currently waiting for a transfer of ownership to go through (10-15 days) to find out if there is any warranty remaining, or at least what my warranty options are after the ownership transfer goes through.\r\n\r\nThe error suggests that I turn the printer off and back on again and contact support if the error reoccurs. \r\n\r\nAnyone have any suggestions? Thank your for your help.
