Does anyone know what the fault code 2,013.63 is for a Xerox Phaser 8560DN. I did not find it on the Xerox site. It's like a elusive code. I assume is the electrical module fault or power supply failure but no way to tell. Help. Thanks.

2,003.62: This fault code indicates a problem with the printer program. The
engine firmware was unable to start the Service Diagnostics tasks
