Any idea why P900 is printing Landscape after I choose paper size and Portrait orientation?

I have updated my MacBook Pro to Sequoia 15.4.1, and I am having problems printing in Photoshop Express 20210907. My Thumbnail in the Print Dialog Left Panel is Portrait, the orientation picker is Portrait, but the orientation in the center is Landscape, and the top 2/3 of the page prints in Landscape. I have reset the preferences, and recreated the page from scratch, but neither step has helped. I have to get this fixed.

Has anyone been able to overcome this printing problem?
