Anybody Owns A Dell C1760nw Or Similar Model?

Hi, so I come across this printer, dell C1760nw and it seems to be the color laser printer with the cheapest toners that I know of, at least as far as the knock-off toners on ebay go. I was wondering if anybody has this printer that can give me feedback on the performance and durability of it? and is there a printer that uses the same kinds of toners as this one but also has a scanner (i.e., a photocopier-i don't need the fax function).
