This printer is two years old and is not used a lot. It has started to print about five blurred lines per page. The recommended head cleaning and nozzle check maintenance procedures have been carried out a number of times, including waiting overnight, with advice from Epson Customer Service without solving the problem. A new set of cartridges has been installed. A head cleaning kit which provides a fluid to be injected into where the cartridges sit has been recommended. Is that the way to go.
