Best Printer To Buy

Hey Guys.

I need some help on what printer to buy. Here are some things I want to have.

- Front load. (Meaning no feeding tray on the back of the printer)
- print both documents and some photos rarely
- small and compact, nothing bulky. Be able to sit on a shelf and not take up to much space
- wireless, be able to print from a laptop
- color and black ink
- scanner would be great
- nothing outrageously expensive. Ideally nothing more than 100$ but I would spend a little more if meets all specifications

Some questions (and the info you provided was more than most)
* What kind of volume of what type (photos vs b/w text vs charts vs signs, etc)
* Quality expectations ... especially for photos ... who cares vs decent vs excellent skin tones, wide gamut, and wide dynamic range
* Existing printer, if any, and its pro's and con's and what must be better.
* Can a "candidate" print from cassette (in front) and still have rear tray ... that you don't use?
