I have a Samsung printer with toner cartridge, bought because of the cheap price to print, Twice now my cartridges have failed, the most recent with 60% of its ink inside. Samsung would not entertain the complaint.
Finally Samsung CEO admitted that :
In the user manual, within the reliability section, it states that the printer should be outputting 500 copies a month to maintain reliability
I bet, like me, very few people knew that, so beware.
I would like to see 'use by dates' on the toner cartridges.
