Bother Software install

Hi All,

When we use the brother software on any of our brother printers we are not able to see the printer (wireless) bt when we run the windows install printer tool it works fine. It suddenly happened a few months back, I believe it was a windows update that caused the issue.

Any ideas how to resolve?

We have disable firewall, anti-virus but no avail.
