I have a Epson Perfection v550 scanner. The software is now acting strangely. Some buttons and options on the scanning menu disappeared and some will magically reappear if you click on the area of the menu where you know the button should be. I deleted the software and reinstalled several times but this still keeps happening. I can still switch between home, office, full auto, and professional mode but the options are still missing. Anyone have a fix for this?
