Bother HL-2270DW Wireless setup problem

Hello,

Need to setup wireless connectivity for a Brother HL-2270DW via usb to PC using the Brother wireless setup wizard
tool, but cannot get the printer to recognize the USB connection. I have tried two different cables, and three laptops
but no change. Anyone else run into this and figured it out?
