BROTHER DCP-L2540DW - The Print Result is shadowing.

Hey, i have some problem about Printer Brother DCP-L2540DW. When the printer is printing, the result is kinda double like when the text is in up on the page and then like 5 cm below the text appears again. I try change the fuser heating unit and the drum kit but the result is still the same. Can you help me to solve this problem?

If the shadow is repeating at a consistent distance down the page, I would measure that gap — it can point directly to either the drum or fuser. I have seen this happen even with fairly new toner cartridges if they are aftermarket. Are you using genuine Brother supplies or a third-party one? kff
