Hello
Whever we print, we are getting this horrible smearing down the side of the paper (see attached photo).
I have followed the instructions an another website about cleaning the drums etc. but it still does it.
Not sure if this is relatedm but we did recenyly change the black toner to a non Brother one (which we have done in the past with no problems).
Any suggestions?
