I get a paper jam in this printer, which is a few years old but lightly used. Printer has gone through around one full toner cartridge. I print on standard 20 weight paper. It happens about once every 5 print jobs, which are typically very small print jobs, just a few prints. Outside of a handful of back paper jams, the typical jam looks like this if I remove the cartridge. What can I do to fix this:

Maybe all were the same but there are several changes in the model.
What are you suggesting here? Thank you.
PS There's never anything printed when this happens, just an oddly shaped thin black horizontal streak on one side (when looking portrait mode) approximately 1/3 down from the top.
Would replacing the drum maybe fix this? Is there a way I can service it?
