Brother MFC-3990CDW two black vertical line when scan

Dear Experts

I bought brand new Brother MFC-3990CDW recently (one month old).

I have noticed when I scan a document left of a page has two vertical black lines as can be seen in the attached file.

What should I do to troubleshoot where is the problem ?
