Changed all cartridges will Brother ink--now black will not print from the laptop but will from the phone (though not terribly dark). Have run the cleaning process many times; have reset the wireless connection. Will print colors. Will not print a copy placed on the screen. Will try to purchase a cleaning kit as a last ditch effort. All was fine before I changed the cartridge.
