This printer has less than 4000 prints with all consumables at greater that 75%. This message won't clear. I've run the blue tab to clean the charging wires, I've cleaned the contacts on both the drum tray and the inside of the machine but the problem persists. My next move is to replace the HVPS unless I get any better ideas?
