Brother printer does not print brown

We have a Brother MFC-J497DW printer and we are having a hard time printing brown to its true color. Browns are coming out with a very orange or red color to them. We use Brother ink cartridges. The attached pictures show what we're trying to print (first image), and what it actually looks like when printed (second image). I know I'm taking a picture of a printed label, so the image is probably not the best. I do think it looks more red/orange in real life than what the picture shows. I've done the basic maintenance step of cleaning the ink heads, but that hasn't helped. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you for the help.

Run the head cleaning operation through Brothers software for the printer. Followed by a nozzle check pattern. You may need to run it a few times. If the results don't improve, you will need to physically clean the printhead.

Thank you for the suggestion. Had to run the print head cleaning function 3 times before I finally saw any results. But after the third cleaning, the color looks brown as it should. Thank you. I didn’t realize it could take so many cleanings to see an improvement.

Glad to hear it worked! Printhead cleaning operations can be run as many times as needed in order to achieve desired print results. At the cost of wasting ink of course. After thoroughly flushing our printers, depending on ink levels in the cartridges, it could take running the printhead cleaning operation up to 6x before we see a perfect nozzle check.
