I have a Brother MFC-J5910DW which regularly goes offline, for no apparent reason. I continually find I have to re-install the printer from the CD. I would NEVER advise anyone to get a Brother printer because of this tedious task which occurs just as you need it, but cannot afford to replace it yet. Brother have no help to give with this, except constant re-installation!! Is there a permanent solution to this problem please?
