Hey there,
I have 2 Brother all in one injet printers, the MFC- j475DW and the MFC j5330 DW . Both of these print extremely slow. When i talked to customer support they insisted that the printers needed to be within 6 feet of the router. Are you Kidding me! my printers are about 12 feet from the access point and its getting a signal strength of -34 DB (checked on iphone) and at 6 ft from access point is -26 DB That is a lot of radio waves. Speed to the Access Point 2.4 GHz @12' 245 and @6' 260. Is this common and if not why is this issue so hard to resolve
Thanks
