C5100s Scan to Folder (MAC) not working

I had a Pro 5500 ex and then a C6502 and both of these worked perfectly scanning to a folder on my MAC

I now have a C5100s and can not get it to scan to my folder on the desktop. (Nothing has changed on the MAC)

Anyone have a step by step Scan to Folder (MAC) so I can see what I am missing???

Sooo frustrating.
