I'm new here on the forum and I've been working with laser printers for a few years, but I came across a Ricoh SP 377 that gets an error message when turning on the display - msg: "scanner unit error", I've already done the Reset SC542 and the same message disappears after restarting it, when it is in ready state, I print and make copies normally through the scanner glass and the ADF. My question is, this error is from the laser or the scanner car, could anyone tell me?
