Can’t print from PC

I have a HL3170cdw Brother printer which will not print from the PC but I can print from my iPhone. It is set up wirelessly.
What am I missing? I guess it will be something obvious but I am totally stumped.

Had the same issue turned out my PC was on a different Wi-Fi band (5GHz) than the printer (2.4GHz). Once I got them on the same network, it worked. Might be worth checking!
