Contacted support twice, each time they supplied me with a reference number and a promise to call me back within 15 minutes. No calls! I don't think they know how to solve a common problem such as not being able to refill a tank printer ink. Anyone have an answer to the problem?
Cannot refill tank. Printer will not download a new bottle of ink.
