Lexmark MC3224dwe - new home wifi but cannot update network on printer

Hello, I hope anyone might have some, any, suggestions for how I can fix this problem please. I've already been onto Lexmark technical support and am waiting on a call back because they also seem stuck. I recently changed our home wifi network so obviously I needed to update the printer. Can't find a way of doing it via the small touchscreen. Tried both a network and general factory reset, but both times when I powered it back up it asks for my username and password. I never set these up originally so I don't have them! I am really stuck so any help much appreciated.
