Lexmark XC9245 TST Cancelling message

When sending a print job to my Lexmark XC9245 a message on the top left-hand side of its touch screen I see TST Canceling.

The print job does not print. What can I do so that I can print?

The printer is connected to my network via Ethernet. My phone and laptop can both ping its network IP address.
